What’s the most money you’ve ever spent on a meal? Was it worth it?

Oh, this is a meal I remember well.

May 11th, 2019 – Las Vegas. MGM Grand. Our second to last day in Vegas after our wedding. We had just gotten back from Bishop, CA and were staying one last night in Las Vegas before flying out on the 12th.

Reservations were at Morimoto prior to seeing Cirque du Soleil – Ka. We ordered nearly an entire boatload of sushi, A5 wagyu, more sushi, appetizers, just EVERYTHING. By the time we got back to the hotel room I thought I was going to explode. It was so worth it. The whole meal had to be around $500. I’ve never spent money like that on food prior, and I will cherish that memory forever.
